These Terms & Conditions of the Sale of Goods and Services apply to all transactions between us The Design Business School, and any sale of goods and services by The Design Business School to you. Please read them carefully. The Design Business School reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions of the Sale of Goods and Services from time to time by updating this page. Orders placed by you are an offer to purchase and a contract is only formally created once your offer to purchase is accepted by us, and the designer in question. You will receive an email confirmation from us once your order has been accepted. These terms and conditions, together with the prices displayed on our website, delivery details, contact details, and any document expressly referred to in these Terms & Conditions of the Sale of Goods and Services, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the sale of goods by us to you. These Terms & Conditions of the Sale of Goods and Services do not affect your statutory rights.


Each product and / or service purchased is sold subject to its product description. The information, including all drawings, images, descriptive material, specifications and advertising on our website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods in order to assist your purchasing decision. Unless otherwise stated all products are dispatched directly from the designers.

As such all goods advertised are strictly subject to availability. We aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, however, all information, including product descriptions, appearing on this website at any given time may not always reflect the position at the time you place an order. Every effort is made to ensure that all the information on our website is correct at the time of viewing. The Design Business School shall not be liable for any direct or indirect or consequential loss arising from any inaccurate image or description.


The price payable for goods will be stipulated on our website at the time you place your order. The total cost of your order is the price of the goods ordered plus delivery. The prices shown are in UK sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT. For addresses outside the UK and Ireland, the final price for overseas customers will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your debit/credit card company processes the transaction. Any delivery charges are extra. All orders are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to cancel your order if – there is insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered; or – we do not deliver to your area or cannot find a cost-effective postal carrier to do so; or – one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error; or – your payment is not authorised or is refused. If we discover an error relating to your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise you of the error and confirm that you still wish to proceed. If we do cancel your order, we will notify you by e-mail and we will re-credit to your account any sum debited by us from your credit card within 30 days of your order. We are not obliged to offer any additional compensation for inconvenience or disappointment suffered.


You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. You do not need to give us a reason for cancelling your order nor will you have to pay any penalty. After which time if you order has already been processed or you have already received the goods you may cancel your order by returning the goods you have ordered within 14 days after they are delivered. The only circumstance in which you cannot cancel your order is where you have started a service. To cancel your order you must notify us by writing to the following email hello@letustellstories.com. If you have received the goods before you cancel your order then, unless you have lost your right to cancel because you have taken the goods out of their sealed package, you must send them back to the address that will be supplied at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your order but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when you receive them and you must send the goods back to us at our supplied contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible. Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your order, any sum debited by us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.


Refunds are at the discretion of The Design Business School. Products and services cannot be transferred to anyone else. Please refer to the individual service for refund guidelines.


Due to the unphysical nature of digital items they cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have any problems with your digital product please contact us at email hello@letustellstories.com and we will endeavour to do our best to sort out the issue. Our cancellation policy does not apply to digital goods as download links are sent instantly.


Members of the public are not allowed to purchase our goods with the specific intent of reselling them in any country without our prior agreement to be obtained in writing.

All contracts are conducted in English and by entering into a contract both parties agree to submit to the sole jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, in accordance with English law. All of the above does not affect your statutory rights.
